A little more Mocha!

Got the good stuff! Now to find some privacy!

Mocha never runs out of things to do! She has places to go, like Petsmart! And people to meet, like potential adoptors! And if she does find some down time, well, she just chases her tail for a bit.

I might look a little worried, but I'm not. I'm always happy!

Fostering ~ I will not fail!

Introducing Mocha, our first official foster dog. She's a very sweet little pup who came in with her siblings from a spay/neuter clinic (over 75 animals were surrendered that day to various rescue groups). We made the decision to try fostering, there is a dire need for foster homes. She is about 9 weeks old now and ready to meet you!

House training and crate training are progressing. Mocha is great on the leash already and loves going to the park. She wrestles and plays with her 50 lb foster brother Rudy Valentino. Her other hobbies include eating, sleeping, chewing on bones, and winning over every person she meets with her friendly and relaxed disposition. She will be a medium to large sized dog and is looking for a forever family to call her own.

If you are interested in meeting Mocha (or any other available ARF dog), please check the website to apply to adopt, or come to Petsmart Chinook to meet various dogs on Saturdays between 1 and 3 pm.

She's already worked her way into our hearts but I am determined to find her a wonderful home so that I can continue to foster. Each one that is adopted makes room for one more that can be rescued.

Okay, I admit that white one with the satellite dishes for ears is my own dog, Rudy Valentino! He's not available, he's mine all mine and I love him to bits!

Here is a photo of my puppy Rudy (background) with his 'cousin' Rundle the poodle. Rudy had his DNA tested and he actually is level 3 poodle, believe it or not!!!

These are just a few puppy photos I have taken over the years. Who doesn't love an adorable clumsy puppy?! Most of these are Animal Rescue Foundation dogs, all adopted into loving homes. Please adopt, not shop when considering adding a dog to your family.

This is our puppy, Rudy (short for Rudolph Valentino) after he had his cast removed. The cone lasted all of a few hours. After he shredded it he promised not to gnaw on his freshly released leg. He's doing great, growing like a weed. Hard to believe he was only a few a few pounds when he came to us, and we could pick him up and hold him in one hand!
